I hated my apartment. Roaches galore. The only decent building was where the rental office lived. I know because my cousin lived right beside it for several years and didn't have any issues. The air conditioning unit leaked into my closet and caused mildew over my apartment. The laundry room flooded several times. Heat never worked that good. Management was not responsive to anything. Although it was my first apartment it was the pits. The only good thing about it is the location as it is close to everything. Wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE - not even for the price.
