I dont know why they can not keep these kids out of the empty apts. In my building everytime someone moves out the kids turn it into the hang out spot. The boys come out with the girls and they are pulling up there pants (so you know what they are in there doing) They were coming in and out of the window so the rent office has a big board on the window now (that sure does look great) One day I came home from work and they were braiding hair, It's 28 degrees outside why are you in a cold hallway doing hair' Go home. I know the kids that hang in my building don't even live in the building. I know a lot of them come from the Townhouses in back of us. They need to go there and tear up. Pray for me! I hope that I will be leaving as a homeowner by spring.

I live here and I feel your pain. I know someone who lives next door to an empty apartment, and I went to visit and the door was open. You would not believe the stench, the mildew alone was enough to kill everyone within a few hundred feet. I had heard about people going into the aparments and having sex and selling drugs, but I had no idea. I don't know why they are not on top of this, but yes, they will be all over you if you are one second late with your rent. And it is very true, a lot of the guys you see out front and hanging in front of the buildings do not live there. They would not dare go to their own homes and do the damage they do here. You are in my prayers and I hope you get your house and can get the heck away from here quickly!

Yeah,I feel you,These dudes just hangin aroung bringing the moral of the neighborhood down. Lil,fake hustler's/high drop out's all day!

I feel your pain. There are 2 vacant appt's in my building right now and I know that's the only reason nowone is currently hanging in front of my building. But once they rent it out the welcoming committee will be back in front of my building.
