Decent Place To Live

I have been living here for over a year know. In the begining it was rough and tuff.
I have had times were there was not heat, no hot water and not because I didn't pay my utilities. The matenance staff is fine. They are spread thin but do there very best to accomadate. The staff is nice but can be tuff. I would recommend this property. The apartments are larger than most apartments in the surrounding area and you pay way less than market value on a two bedroom. I suggest visiting the property during the late evenings and early mornings especially around the spring and summer time before you make a decision. There is alot of people hanging out however most people will understand if you need them to tone it down. They really need something for the younger generation to do. Maybe open up a Boys and Girls club. The new school has a nice gym and adds to the luxery of the area of being close to everything.
