I swear this place needs to be closed down by the state. This place is the ghetto. S.E. DC has nothing on Hillside Heights. When you come home from work in the eveningd people are hanging all in the hallways smoking, drinking, playing loud music. Why the hello must I say excuse me to get to my apartment I pay rent every month. Bad ass kids hollering in the hallways, running all over the parking lot. Where the hell are their parents' Bad as kids egging cars and hanging out in the building's laundry room. They it a club ( I am not lying).

And management....ha!!! I am damn joke. They are so unprofessional; I had to call their corporate office to get a response from them. They don't want you to leave because every time you use them for a refernce they tell lies about your rental history.

Oh, one more things (actually three): Roaches, mice and the State Police. I've never ever seen an apartment where they needed State police to me staked out on the premises.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

You are sooooooo right. And I never thought about the state police being out there. I always laugh to myself when I see the umarked police car in the parking lot what the hell is he doing there. The unmarked was parked right there and guys were throwing drugs back & forth from there balconies. And your right about people hanging in front of the buildings and the stairwells. I stopped using the laundry room after I went down there one day and some guys were cutting up drugs on the washing machines.

I'm laughing right along with you at the unmarked car, parked right beside the dumpster where they stash their drugs. Priceless.
