This place is not suited for humans to live in...they need to knock these buildings down and pay the tenants for putting up with this mess. Tell me why the park police is around in the daytime when most of us are at work. Is it that bad for them that they can't come through at night. I found out they dont even do credit checks to get people in because they need to fill all these rat infested empty units. I went in the laundry room downstairs only to find 2 guys having sex with this little girl, i went upstairs to call the police and noone ever showed up. Do not move here stay at home with your parents if you have too.

I found out they dont even do credit checks to get people in because they need to fill all these rat infested empty units. I was wondering why I got an apartment with my super bad credit! But yeah, I have to agree 201% with everything you've said. I'm very sick of going to the laundry room to see some underaged kids having sex or people hiding drugs or hanging out, then they want to look at me like I'm disturbing them. I pay rent and I'm getting attitude. It's funny to me that most of these people don't even live in the neighborhood, they come around, and they hang out in the front of the complex, and in the middle. The back, and I shouldn't speak too soon, isn't so bad, except for one building where all the "thugs" hang out at. I never understood the need for the Park Police being out there during the day. Everyone is in the house sleeping from hanging out the night before, but then again, I come out to go to work some mornings and see the same dusty looking boys hanging out, and when I get home from work, they're still there, like they're frozen in time.
