They won't fix your apartment,limited hot water, stove won't light, and the plumbing is stopped up. BUT, They will refuse you a parking pass for your vehicle on the premises and run the risk of getting you towed. They are all on top of that!!!

My boyfriend got towed and he had a visitors pass. I don't even know what's up with that.
