It's strictly the residents not the Community Manager

I'm going to give it to you straight. The people here are ignorant and ghetto. Not the Community Manager and his employees but the residents. They are so upset that Mr. Bright is coming in here and cleaning it all up. Get you stuff together and there won't be any problems. All of my maintenance issues seem to be handled in a proper manner. Hillside Heights is changing and for all you super ghetto, ignorant people this is not the place for you. I can finally come home and feel safe.

Security always hangs out in the back of the complex where nothing ever goes on anyway. Yeah, I feel real safe. But if you have to move here, try to move to the Drive instead of the Court. Don't move anywhere in the middle of the complex. You will live to regret it. I came home last summer and someone was in front of one of the buildings with a propane grill. I thought I had seen it all until that. I will admit, maintenance has improved. I have not had any dealings with the community manager, so I can't speak on it. But to come out and call people ghetto and ignorant because they may have concerns, and I have heard complaints about this person from neighbors who I know are not that way at all. Why even go there? |

Well both of you guys have good points. If you keep your parent clean and pray for the cleaniness of your neighbors in your bldg than most likely you will have no extra visitors (mice). Roaches are unfortunatley common everywhere but as long as u dont c them I guess it will have to do! Im coming in to visit on the 30th and I can't wait! I hope this is nice and I hope that I can walk into my first and new home before christmas and feel that I made a excellent choice. Oh and I will be knocking on someones door and asking them some questions on how they like living at hillside.
