I've lived here for a few years now and I have to say things are changing. I've been reading reviews and I have to comment of the Manager and the letters that go out! Maybe if YOU were paying your rent on time and were doing what you need to do as you would if is was your own home then management wouldn't have to address their concerns the way they do! I haven't seen the letters because there was no need for them to send one to me but the property and the apartment are our responsibilty as residents just as they are for management! Erma was always so nice, but never got anything done! So appretiate the fact that the new manager cares! And maybe if you come correct he'll come correct too! You have to give respect to get respect. I've never had any problems in dealing with the office. I've had to talk to the manager a couple of times and he's always been very nice with me. I usually deal with Carmen and have no complaints. As for maintenace! They are always very helpful and get things done right away! back in the day I had to wait for months until I finally gave up, but now it's getting done! so whoever came up with the idea to replace Erma had a great idea!!!

IT HAVE ---- TO DO WITH PAYING RENT I PAY MY RENT ON TIME EVERY MONTH. AND ---- STILL DON'T GET DONE LIKE IT SHOULD.

Basically. I love how judgmental people can be. My rent was always paid on time and the same things would happen to me, and a lot of other people living there. Don't sit there and tell me I'm not doing what I need to do. I work 40 hours a week and my bills are always paid on time. That has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. They need to run their business properly. Period. I have no idea who is there now, as I've been gone quite sometime, but Carmen was nice to deal with. The new property manager the guy had some sort of complex from what I understand and had an attitude problem. I did like dealing with Erma better even though people say otherwise. Things were getting fixed quicker. I will give them that.
