These are some horrible people... Kids are outside at night making all kinds of noises, I have mold in my kids bedroom, my bathroom ceiling is leaking from the noisy ass people from upstairs and every month, the management changes. I want to sue but I can't afford a lawyer. Don't move here if you can help it.

I know exactly how you feel. I lived there many years ago. I took them to court and won, but, they are now trying to trash my credit. Thank God I keep all papers. I am about to sue them if they don't correct it. Go to landlord/tenant court, put your money in escrow, and stay on top of them. The court will order property standards to come, and try to get someone from EPA out there to do an air quality check. The mold has been there for years and its getting worse. Good luck.

I guess a lot of things don't change (Mold, kids outside, not so good management. Is that male manager still there?) That was the best decision of my life, moving away from that h*** hole.
