i wouldn't move here....

i swear i don't even know where to start. I have been living here about 4 years and haven't had my screen door in my balcony since I got here. Our bathtub leaks and has dripped into our downstairs neighbor's apartment on and off for 3 years and they always claim they "fixed" it but then 6 months later it's doing it again. I feel sorry for the people who live under us. Most of the people that live there are on some sort of public assistance and that is why there are always kids hanging outside and in the hallways, always trash in the hall, and always the smell of marijuana smoke in the air. they claim that you can't have pets but at least 2 people in my building have small dogs, there is a cat that is always roaming the parking lot, we get mice in our apartment when it is cold outside, and they have possum by the garbage dumpsters. by far my biggest complaint is maintenance and how slow they are to fix things. i had to tell the rental office that I was going to contact the renter's association if they didn't fix my tub, toilet (it hasn't flushed by itself in years) and bathroom sink (stopped up) and the very next day it was all fixed. When my lease is up I am definitely out of here, the mice is something i REFUSE to live with.
