I can't stand living in Hillside Heights apts. The property manager Kendra Britt NEVER returns calls the receptionist NEVER puts in work orders so while your sitting around waiting for someone to come fix somethign they never show due to the receptionist not doing ehr job well. The security around there are harrasssing the tenants your not allowed to be outisde for no more than 2 mins b/c then it's considered loitering i mean what the hell do we pay rent for' why are we being confined to our home like we are prisoners' Then our children are expected to play at a half ass playground where there are no swings no see saw no merry go roud i mean basically there is not alot for the kids to do at the playground so they then bring they're activities to the front where they are then sent in the house or back to the play ground...lets not get on the issue about mice i have caught 5 mice within a wks time and all the maintenance guys can say is thay mice are everywhere!!! well you know what i did not sign my lease saying i agreed to pay for me and the mice to occupy my home. This community has gotten way out of hand over the yrs but this just takes the cake i swear...and now they expect for me to agree to paying more rent once my lease is up on Friday yeah okayyyy we'll see about that.

Thats why I moved away from there. Well one thing I could say is that I never seen a mouse in my apartment for the full year that I was there. I probably seen like 2 or 3 roaches since I been there. I agree with you in the fact that the receptionist never put in your request and sometimes she act a little off. She tells you different things everytime you call there and she act like she's not familiar with her job. I haven't had many run ins with Kendra but when I do call there for her she is always there to take my call whether she can help me or not. When I first moved there Carl was the manager and he rarely got things done so I was kind of happy when he left but when he left there continued to be problems so I see that it just wasn't him it's the whole damn company.
