I have read alot of the comments and some are true but some aren't (for me). I have been here for 2 years and I love my aptment. My car was towed once but I didn't have to pay because the tower said that the property needed to do the parking lot over and make the visitor parking visible. At that time they were changing over the stickers and I didn't get the new one so I parked in the visitors parking and it was towed because he said that my sticker was expired and that I wasn't in visitors (not true). My tags were stolen and I was pissed about that but I got new ones ($20.00) My building does have alot of kids and they can get out of hand sometimes but for the most part they are ok. I don't have any mice or roaches and I pray I never see any. If they are here I haven't seen them. Management I haven't had a problem with. When something needs to be done it is done but I haven't really had any issues with my apartment. What I don't like is that my buildings glass door has been cracked a number of times and is still cracked. The door is never locked and the intercom doesn't work. I do hate the parking. If I go out and come home late I really don't like walking from the bottom to my apartment. The parking lot is not very well lit and there is no security. Overall I like living here in my building and in my apartment. My neighbors are cool even though I have only seen 3 of them in 2 years. The people that live in my building are respectable. For the most part it is very quiet. There are a few things that need to be addressed but what complex of more than 300 residence doesn't. Management can't do but so much.
