We moved here in August of 2004 and all I can say about my first couple of months is that it was ok. Until Novemeber when someone broke into my car, park on the side of my building and I have a club and alarm. The family over me, you can here them walking all night long. You can here when they take a shower. The rent is ok, but when you get your Heat and Electric bills, the rent seems too much. We are looking to move soons as we can. You here guns shots but not from our property. The P.G. County Police are always monitoring our property, which is good. When you first move in, they ask you to fill out a survey on what is not working in your apartment. They didn't fix anything I put on my list yet. The office staff is very pleasing. The maintenance crew also be cleaning the property and is available to assist you if you need them. But some tenants make the property get less ratings. I think that if you can afford to pay the heffy util bills you will be fine. The neighbors in my building are nice and always speak and nothing ever happens in our building but kids playing in the halls. It's near the bus line and have two washers and dryers in the building but it's a big laundrymat across the street. I hope this is helpful.

You need to make aa correction to this post. How do you feel now. This complex is going down hill with the rest of the surrounding apartments. New folks moved into my building and you here gun shots in the building, where the front door post to remain locked. The buzzer to let people in is not working. People play their music loud and the new folks have drug trafficking from their apartment and the rental office just say call the police, it's nothing we can do. Last night the gun shots in the building where louder then the fire alarm going off. The place is going down and if management dont step in now, um afraid they going to lose another nice property to the ghetto folks that is moving in.

This property is terrible its like s.e with higher bills. Its a mess and I can't wait to move. You really need to upgrade your rating.
