I have lived in lexington courts since oct. of 2005. I have yet to see anything that would discourage me from renewing my lease. Yes, I hear gunshots; but they are not from my complex. In about 8 months, I only dealt with roaches for approximately one week. I feel you hear gunshots and see roaches all throughout the county; however, I am not dissatisfied(and I am a former greenbelt resident).
