I have been living here for six months now and at first it was great. Recently a lot of cars have been broken into and stolen. They don't clean the walkway after it snows, which caused me to fall twice. The young men hang outside all night smoking weed and drinking not only in the parking lot but in some buildings too. The rent is a little high and u don't get what u pay for. One good thing is I haven't seen any rodents(mice,rats)or roaches yet. But the way the laundry rooms look their probably not far away....im moving when my lease is up in october because I don't feel safe anymore.

I feel you!!! I moved here in November and my car was vandalized ($3,000 worth of damage) on Tuesday (3/18)

I have been living here for over 4 yrs and yes we are moving when our lease is up in August. I love the big size of the apartmant, and the rent is not bad. But the nosie from the overhead neighbors, and the thin walls is no to be desired. I also saw last week, a truck was broken into right at the beginning of the property. After all this time, after that event they finally got the lights out there. The property has been going down hill since they started accepting more housing vouchers. I pray that nothing else goes bad for you and don't make this soon to be back a ghetto your home. Researched: The property names changed over three times.
