I'm a current resident here. Honestly, apartment size nice...other than that the Rental Office Staff is FAKE, RDUE, UNPROFESSIONAL and ON GET BACK 4 SURE. Val does take everything personal and she will hold it against you, Sue is just a lost soul, the Recpt come and go so fast who knows but if they want their job they listen. Your car will get broken into, stolen, tags ripped off etc. Towing is the worst someone is getting a kick back. One resident did take a stand for herselrf and the resident (GOOD FOR HER) they are over charging and towing for no reasons!!!! They MICE are your roommates and they are EVERYWHERE!!!! Very unhealthy for sickly people and children and the rental office can't or let me was WANT do anything about them. Does Val have MICE she lives on the porperty''''' Let me get on her, she is so FAKE it's sad and she lies to your face, her little big girl (her Daughter) is off the hook she thinks she controls the neighborhood!! Where is this so called Security at, I haven't seen them EVER!!!!! The only good thing is the rent is reasonable for NOW! But other than that it is a waste, I would not refer anyone here for anything in the world or no reason at all RUNNNNN!!!!!

I have been here for about 8 years. I would have to agree with your comment. The manager of these apts is phony. I have called and asked for things to get fixed and she does not see to it that they are fixed like she promises. I am wondering if she still wants her job(?) cause she does nothing. She puts on a front infront of her managers like she is so responsible, little do they know, she is as fake as they come. She is always talking about she is going to notify her security when you call with a complaint. What security?? If yall have security, yall need to BEEF IT UP! My tags were stolen and I had to go through a lot to get new ones! Not to say that it's their fault, but I spent time and vacation leave that I could've used for something else. My car was towed they couldn't verify that the sticker was mine and I had to come out of my pocket with $100.00 that I really didn't have. There was a mouse in my wall. Thank God that he didn't get in, but my neighbor said she she has mice 40 going north! I hate the neighbor hood I need new carpet, need new paint and my apt. is breaking down. They want you to renew leases, but they NEVER want to fix anything. DON'T DO IT Yall!!!! KEEP IT MOVING!!!! DON"T MOVE HERRRRRE!!!
