I moved in the latter part of 09 and all I can say is that I wish I had visited this website prior to moving in. I wouldn't have at all. Take my advice what they say is true. I was told prior to move in that I couldn't see the apartment because the previous tenant who I later found out moved downstairs was still in the unit. Day 1 move in day: when I entered my apartment I wasn't welcomed by a fruit basket or a pie rather a family of roaches scattering across the counter. I opened the refrigerator to find dead roaches and the icing on the cake a MOUSE! I intailly the response from the rent office was great. They replaced the refrigerator and made plans to exterminate weekly. I was also made to believe that this was a isolated incident. Little did I know. I was getting the "treatment" What killed me is that the filthy person who lived with roaches by their food had moved below me. I see a mouse at least once monthly like a welfare check. The response from the rent office or will handle that. And they never do. The entire complex is infested. What's pathetic is that I was told at one point that they had ran out of mouse traps. Now what does that say when you can't keep them in stock. No one is accountable..shows authority or delegates tasks to ensure they are completed. Its cheap..but the old saying is true.you get what you pay for. Sorry for the long story..but ignorance is not bliss. Again please take my word on this. Stay away! Unless you like living with Mickey mouse & friends don't move here.ph yeah and the laundry. 2 dryers 2 washers 1 has been broken for 7 months
