I lived in Penn Southern for 3 years and had very few complaints. The apartments are huge and the prices are very low. The staff was always very prompt with maintenance- usually responding the same day. They are super pet friendly, which was great.

Now, in response to the previous review, the complex is in a transitional neighborhood, but I never had any problem in all the time I lived there. Granted, there did seem to be some buildings that were rowdier than others. However, there were off-duty police making rounds in the complex, which kept things pretty quiet and the management always responded to any pranks/vandalism promptly.

All in all I was very happy with my stay here.
