I been living at 4147 since 2000 and still do everything is great to me. It is quite and peaceful. Except of parking you need to get home to get a parking space where your building is because people from the other buildings park in your area so they can walk through their bacony doors. The one problem I have is car theft. My car was stolen on August 26, 2002. My Laundry room never locks at night because someone was sleep when I went downstairs the other morning at 6:30am to do my laundry that was scarey I called the police but still don't know if they lock the doors know. The rent just keep going up and up every year. I will be moving soon as my house is ready. The staff is great.
