Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion from current residents; especially from a female prospective on the Penn Southern Apts' (Preferably tenants living at the complex within the last year or two; or the past 5 to 8 months) Thank you!

(1) LOCATION: Is the apartment safe...how is the surrounding area'

(2)LOITERING: Is loitering a major issue or concern'

(3) PEST CONTROL: Is there a problem with infestation of insects or rodents'

(4) NOISE LEVEL: Are the walls super thin (can you hear you neighbors every move)...Is noise level a big issue'

(5) OFFICE STAFF: Is the office staff professional and provide you customer service'

(6) MAINTENANCE: Is there a big problem with maintenance issues...Is the maintenance crew prompt (is it a big hassle to get things fix)'

(7) SECURITY: Since the complex is located in SE...is the community safe, especially for a single femaleI.

(8) TENANTS: Does certain tenants degrade or bring down the community or do they keep to themselves'

Once again...Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion'

I am a current resident and I can honestly answer your questions. 1) The location is fine and very safe and conveniet. At most you will hear sirens from time to time because Southern Ave is a busy street but it's still a quiet neighborhood. 2)I've never seen nor have known there to be a loitering problem. There are not a lot of kids in the neighborhood either. 3)I've been living there for a year and I have seen one roach. I have never had a problem with insects or rodents. 4)If you live up under someone who doesn't have carpet you can hear them walking around, especially a woman with heels. You might can hear their music, but never their conversations. 5)The office and maintenance staff are the best. I've never had a problem and when I call for emergency repairs, they have never taken their time in responding. 7) Security is ok, not great. There is a PG police officer that monitors the neighborhood at night, but he mostly parks somewhere in the back and you never see him again. But there hasn't been any security concerns that I know of. 8) The tenants in my building do not degrade or destroy the property. Can't really speak for other buildings. This is a nice place to live, I would definitely recommend it.
