i recently moved into penn southern apartments. i have no major complaints. seems to be a real good place and one of the best priced apartments in the dc metro area. things get fixed within 24 hours when you report them. no serious crime although someone did try to break into my car within my first couple weeks here. some neighbors seem to warm up to you and there are no problems with noise. no bugs....NO BUGS AT ALL. great first apartment. affordable and very decent quality.
