I am a new resident to Penn Southern. So far so good. I won't say excellent because I don't want to speak too soon. But it has exceeded my expectations giving the surrounding area. It is well kept out side and my building is always very clean. My neighbors are not noisy as of yet, I only see them come and go. I guess that is because I do the same. My only complaint is that there were some issues that still need to be repaired in the apartment but they are working on it. Oh and not to mention the cheap ass paint job they do. But that is most complexes.
