Just a few suggestions, always do research on the area and the surrounding complexes before moving. Also, drive thru the apartments to see what's happening in them. I've seen some crazy stuff in some of the complexs. I always ask if I could have a apartment towards the front living anywhere (That's just my Preference). I have been living here for about almost a year now ( at Penn Southern) and I have been rather pleased. I have no roaches nor mice. My neighbors are great as well as understanding of my two year old and I am also considerate of others The police are on the property periodically so that makes me feel safe. So far I have not had my property vandalized nor has my apartment been broken into. The only problem I can think of is the AC/heating unit. In the summer if it was 100 degrees outside then in my apartment it was 80. The AC temperature in the apartment would be as low as it can go and it was still 80 in the apartment. In the winter, the apartment stays cold. So I would suggest a Nice fan for the summer and a Heater for the winter. There was an incident when two nearby neighbors almost got robbed. The police were on the property and was able to assist with the matter.
I will add to this review if anything changes. Thanks
