From my first call in speaking with Eboni to being connected with Rita, Priceless. These two young ladies assured me that Penn Southern was my home from our initial conversation. Rita, has to get the highest Praise for making sure I got the best for my security and stability in a new state and community. I have recommended this wonderful community to a friend I have befriended since moving to the District of Columbia and he is coming this weekend to assist me while I move in and get him an apartment as well. God Is Good, All the Time He Is Good!!!! Awesome Women!!!
