I am moving in tomorrow. I am so please with the leasing staff thus far. They worked with me from day one to get me approved. The deposit was low ans so was the wait time for approval. The unit was clean and prepared for presentation. I have staked this place out over the past few weeks. It's quiet, well kept, and in a great location. The unit I have been assigned is locate din the back of the neighborhood which seems to be very quiet. The property doesn't have permit parking which is a dream come true for someone like me who likes to have a family get together every once in a while. I love the place the only down side is I am renting a one bdr which is set up so that the restroom is located inside your bedroom. So its uncomfortable when you have company.
