Very good place to live

I have been living at penn southern apartments since December and I am very happy about my decision. Since I have been living there I have not seen one bug or rodent. Maintenance exterminates twice a month and they respond immediatly for 24 hour emergency calls. The management team is very professional. Aside from paying for gas and electric I have no complaints.
