I just wanted to know if I apply here with bad credit will I be turn down'or do they take any credit considered' please help

all considered! I suffered a foreclosure and was still approved. Can't say that that means you will get in but give it a try!

This is actually a program that Southern Management offers for some of their properties. I was approved of an apartment in another complex, and my credit is SHOT because of this recession.

I would say apply, I had no credit, no rental history and I was still approved. My security deposit was slightly higher than the norm but it was fine because I was approved. The management staff worked with me not having any credit history based on my employment time, income and the my word.

They consider all credit so don't be afraid to try your hand..
