I have lived at Pleasant House over the course of 3 years. I have had a wonderful living experience and loved it!! No roaches or Mice at all and that is a number one issue for me when looking to rent. I moved out of the community about a year and a half ago to share a residence with another relative but over this last past month or so I have been trying to get back into an apartment at pleasant House. The property manager Erica is wonderful and has been a great help to me. Erica is extremely patient and really wants the best for her residents. The Leasing consultant Iesha handles all your questions and concerns in a very professional manner and the Maintenance staff is extremely diligent in doing their jobs. I loved the fact that if I had something that needed to be fixed in my apartment home that the maintenance team was on it and had it fixed right away. There is no tolerance for loitering and that is why most of us can say that we have a feeling of security in living at Pleasant House. I highly recommend Pleasant House to everyone. If you are not looking to purchase a home of your own right now then Pleasant House is truly the place to be :)
