(2)LOITERING: Is loitering a major issue or concern'

(3) PEST CONTROL: Is there a problem with infestation of insects or rodents'

(4) NOISE LEVEL: Are the walls super thin (can you hear you neighbors every move)...Is noise level a big issue'

(5) OFFICE STAFF: Is the office staff professional and provide you
