Apartment dated, too expensive

Check around before signing a lease here.
Moved in an immediately had a roach problem, cricket invasion during the summer months. Windows in poor condition, shoddy repair work in unit. Management passed on cost of Gas to tenants already paying electricity in the overpriced $800.00 a month apartment with no aminties. No diswashers, w/d, old stoves and refrigerators. Not to mention the crime in the area.
Big mistake moving here.
