Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion from current residents; especially from a female prospective on the Woods at Addison' (Preferably tenants living at the complex within the last year or two; or the past 5 to 8 months) Thank you!
(1) LOCATION: Is the apartment safe...how is the surrounding area'
(2)LOITERING: Is loitering a major issue or concern'
(3) PEST CONTROL: Is there a problem with infestation of insects or rodents'
(4) NOISE LEVEL: Are the walls super thin (can you hear you neighbors every move)...Is noise level a big issue'
(5) OFFICE STAFF: Is the office staff professional and provide you with great

(6) MAINTENANCE: Is there a big problem with maintenance issues...Is the maintenance crew prompt (is it a big hassle to get things fix)'
(7) SECURITY: There was mention of a police officer present on site at certain times...is their presence beneficial or a waste'
(8) TENANTS: Does certain tenants degrade or bring down the community or do they keep to themselves'
Once again...Can I get an HONEST and UNBIASED opinion'

i am 20 yrs old and i moved here February 4, 2006 with my moms. here is what we've heard/seen ourselves
(1)Location: a very good location on Metro blue line. i'v been here for 2 months since feb. 4 and so far everything is good except for 1 night about 3 weeks ago my car alarm went off misteriously.
(2)Loitering: so far so good.. its getting hot so kids are normanl
(3)Pest Control: I live on the ground floor in 6600 and i have roaches.. but for some strange reason.. i have roaches and i havent even cooked anything or left dirty dishes anywhere
(4)Noise Level: i hear the neighbors above me walk and talk,come in and out the middle of the night.. in the hallways i can hear ppl running up and down the stairs. when ppl ride up and down the street i can hear there music like im playing it on my radio. When the ppl above me uses the bathroom, i can hear them run the sink and bath water like im the one who's turning the water on.
(5)Office Staff: Very professional and good customer service
(6)Maintenance: The day you sign the lease you are given a check list so you can walk around the apt and write down anywork that needs to be done or done over. i moved in feb .4 and i turned my paper work in on the 6th.. no one has been here to fix anything..
(7)Security: we were told there would be prince greorges county and state police who come by EVERY night.. i've havent seen one yet.
(8)Tenants: everyone keep to themselves
Extra: We have had a sewage back up that was told was normanl... the sewage came through my carpet. Shabby paint and carpet jobs, not professional at all. bedrooms are a very nice size
