I have been living here for a while, the manager is a nice lady but you don't really deal with her for issues, you deal with the assistant who is nice but doesn't seem to have much experience, acts like she didn't know maintenance didn't come fix something, and always looks like she rolled out of bed and came directly to work. If you value your privacy, don't come here. The walls are paper thin, (poor insulation) I can literally hear my neighbors like they are inside my apt & beside a couple of them having some unruly kids, they aren't so loud that I should be able to hear their conversations clearly. The fact that this complex hasn't been renovated is a shame. I'm looking at the same sh_t that was in here from back in the 80s, completely outdated!! Instead of painting the units for a new tenant, they spot paint the obviously dirty areas on the wall & you can see it. Blowdrying your hair will be out of the question, because the electricity in the entire unit will shut down and that friends, is a fire hazard. A 2 BR has one tiny bathroom, if you are not clostrophobic, you will be; its like being in a damn coffin. The doors are not put on properly, they are either off track (from day one), or you have to put both hands around the knob & pull with all your might to get out of your bedroom; also hazardous. The locks on the doors of the buildings (that secured access thing) are sooo secure that if you leave the lock turned after you enter, it will remain in that unlocked state for anybody behind you to enter and then they are old so you have to wiggle & jiggle your key back & forth to finally get it to open, so basically you better not be running from anyone or your ass is caught.

Lastly, you would have to see to appreciate the poor job that was done on this so called wall partition,a disgrace to carpentry some poorly painted 4 x 4s held together by old paint. I could continue but I won't. You can get better for your hard earned money.
