Penn Southern Apartments 76% Recommended May 07 2008: I am a new resident to this community and so far I am very satisfied. I really do not have any complaints. My overhead neighboors were a bit noisy at first but they have really tuned it down. I am Lexington Courts 39% Recommended Apr 01 2008: I have been here a little over 3 years and at the end of my lease I am gone for sure. All of a sudden there is so much rift raft moing into the complex and everything is happening. My Addison Chapel Apartments 33% Recommended Mar 30 2008: These apartments are to small. the masterbedroom is the size of a closet. it doesn't even have a closet in the masterbedroom its in the hallway across from the room. The bedrooms are actually the same size. the kitchen is Lexington Courts 39% Recommended Mar 24 2008: I have been living here for over 4 yrs and yes we are moving when our lease is up in August. I love the big size of the apartmant, and the rent is not bad. But the noise from the Lexington Courts 39% Recommended Mar 18 2008: I have been living here for six months now and at first it was great. Recently a lot of cars have been broken into and stolen. They don't clean the walkway after it snows, which caused me to fall twice. |
