I lived at Caton House apartments for a year. The apartment was beautiful and it faced the back of the property, so we had a nice view. My favorite features were the balcony with the sliding glass door, and being on the third floor we had high arched windows. Looking back, you could probably find something comprable much cheaper. The only problem we had with the leasing office was the fact that it moved around a lot. I think in the year we lived there they had 2 or 3 property managers, and sometimes there was only 1 property manager shared between Caton House and Montrose Manor (an affiliated complex). Parking was a slight problem, but the grounds are small, so even if you parked on the far end, it wasn't a bad walk. The one real problem i saw was that our bathroom at no electrical outlets.
