I have lived here since 1999. Every year these homes are getting worst. When I first move in with my then 5 year old, I was very nice. Neighbors were respectful, Everyone looked out for everyone's kids. Today those same little kids are the ones that are taken down Melvin Park. For the trouble and problems you do through it's not worth staying anymore. The staff are very nice and the maintenance are good. But you can't live off of great staffing.

| Melvin Park Apartments community has improved greatly since 1999. We have really come a long way! Now, we have bilingual office staff members that are always eager to provide you with excellent customer service. The maintenance team is very professional and always responds to maintenance request on time. Melvin Park like all other apartment communities has had to overcome some challenges. Although, I am proud to say that we have done that just fine and much more! My motto is that residents get to enjoy their apartment homes freely and to the maximum. Come and visit us and see why we are almost 100% full. You will be glad you did! | |

Get to know your neighbors and take care of the neighborhood. It takes a village to raise children. Report child abuse and call the police on noise makers.

i have problems with the management. the manager can't even speak english so i can understand it! My cabinets are falling apart and the management company wants to charge me more money to fix them. Well, i pay enough money to them and don't get nothing in return except bad service from the manager, who is more intersted in not spending money than her tenants. this new manager is even worse than all the others.
