I lived in Melvin Park from July 2008 till present. It really isn't that bad. The separate building for laundry is inconvenient, and we had a slight bug problem (an exterminator came out within a week of notifying the office). But the office staff is friendly, willing to work with you when you're late (they take prompt action but will listen and give leeway if needed). It's pretty quiet. Parking can be a problem (better be able to parallel park). I've never had a problem with neighbors, it's well kept...Trash comes at like 2am but...who cares?
The rent was decent for a 2 bedroom apartment in the baltimore area, and it's convenient to everything...

| Melvin Park Apartments community has improved greatly since 2009. We have really come a long way! Now, we have bilingual office staff members that are always eager to provide you with excellent customer service. The maintenance team is very professional and always responds to maintenance request on time. Melvin Park like all other apartment communities has had to overcome some challenges. Although, I am proud to say that we have done that just fine and much more! My motto is that residents get to enjoy their apartment homes freely and to the maximum. Come and visit us and see why we are almost 100% full. You will be glad you did! | |
