we just moved in this terrible place and experience the bad maintenance here. The maintenance manager is not nice and they seldom provide efficient service here.

Please ask to speak with Sheila Matkins. The maintenance people were awful to me when I moved in too, and she made everything perfect. We've lived here for 2 wonderful years since the terrible first week. Hope things get better!
