I chose this place partly because of the reviews I read on this site. So far everything has worked out fine. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and responsive. The few problems I had were fixed promptly. They are constantly renovating. Since I've been here they have replaced the windows and roof shingles. The neighbors seem real nice. Not a lot of teenagers or loud people running around. Close to Route 40 for conveniant shopping. I like the area so much that I may even buy a home in this area after my lease is up. The best thing...no Section 8 housing! My one problem...the mailboxes are too thin. Overall, it seems like a great place to live.
