Good location. Quiet area. Mostly older people live here and very young families. I lived on the top floor so no real problems with noise, except when the kids downstairs were running and jumping around. Lots of parking usually except when the college kids across the parking lot had their friends over. Very spacious 2BR apartments. Maintenance and office staff could have been better though. Decent-sized swimming pool; fitness center is small but adequate considering not many ppl use it.
