I could go on all day about my reasons not to live here. I came in on a special which was a great price but upon renewal they wanted a $120 per month increase! They do not perform any maintenance work as requested. It took a week for someone to come even after I contacted their corporate office and the problem is still not resolved. My apartment was filthy when I moved in and missing the promised washer and dryer, my BGE bills have been astronomical ($200 one mont for one person) and complaints (in writing) about my noisy neighbors, who leave trash on outside their door daily, have been completely ignored. I agree with the other reviews, you cannot get any response from the office staff, maintenance staff, or management company. The parking, the size of the apartments, and the location are all great, but at this point, who cares. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can say goodbye to the headache. I will gladly pay more to the next place for the peace of mind I deserve. They have been digging in the ground to "replace pipes" for the last five months and we have had to live with mounds of dirt as our front yard-which becomes a mudslide when it rains. Construction on the roof at 7am for two weeks woke me up daily. I wish I had posted this a long time ago to warn anyone who comes here what they can expect. Sorry for rambling on but when you come home at night, you want to feel comfortable and this is not the place for that.
