Too expensive! Less quailty!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The base price was $989 and everthing from the bathroom sink to the stove was broke when my roommate and I moved in Nov. of 2004. The biggest problem was when we would do luandry the water from it would always leak on the floor because the food disposal was broke.Our BGE bill was always high because the vents were broke! My room was way too cold and my roommates room always too hot. We would call or go to the office and nothing was ever fixed!Also, one day I woke up and found dead roaches in the kitchen! We asked for them to call pest control,but nothing was done about that.Avoid bldg 1206 apt T-1,you will find it a waste of money!
