I moved in here last winter (and am already thinking of moving out). Nothing special about the units, but most importantly, the office and maintainance staff is a real pain to deal with. I had to call them EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS to change the parts of Air conditioning unit in order for it to work, and this was in June/July. The office staff is very callous about your problems. For the rent that they are charging, the services are absolutely sub-standard.
