Initially I loved it here. From the outside the area is kept well, the neighbors are pleasant and the price was cheap.

BUT within the last 6 months, I've had SEWAGE leaked into my living room carpet five different time. And my carpet was only replaced two times! My neighbor who has been living there since 1980 said water leaks into her house at least twice a year. And never has the leasing offered me compensation.

Maintenance comes fast but they have a limited knowledge of what they're doing. Trash is only collected ONCE a week...a little bothersome.

Parking is a little limited and to make matters worse they have placed storage units IN THE PARKING LOT right across from my house.

Cosmetic corrections to the house are never done. I had marks on my walls from where the last tenants moved out, the cabinets are peeling, the bathroom sink leaks and the faucet comes off in your hand. The walls are paper thin and if your neighbor smokes...so do you.

If you're low on money (not that low because they WILL raise your rent every year) and need a cheap little place to crash for a while, then come here. But if you'd like to feel comfortable for longer than a month, don't stay here.
