Don't Judge a Book by its cover - Initially I loved it here. From the outside the area is kept well, the neighbors are pleasant and the price was cheap. BUT within the last 6 months, I've had SEWAGE leaked into my living room carpet five different time. And my carpet was only replaced two times!
