There is no reason why anyone wouldn't want to live here. If you can afford it, you should. I've lived here for months and could not be happier. The staff is amazingly friendly. They know all the residents by name and put on resident events so we get to know one another. The amenities are amazing. It is incredibly safe, with 24 hour security. There is so much to do in Friendship Heights. Best and safest locationin the city by far. Soon we will have a community center right behind the building. I will admit that some of the features within the apartment are not the highest quality, but hey, you don't own it-just renting so that doesn't matter. Everything works and looks pretty. And if anything does break, the maintenance people are super fast in repairing. I can't think of anything bad about this building. I'm an actual resident, and I would recommend this place to anyone. I'm not leaving until I buy a house...but with the service and convenience of this place, maybe I shouldn't!

i respect the opinion of those that love this building but i wouldn't call it safe. i've been looking at crimereports.com since i like the area and i'm still looking for a place over there -it gives you a real picture of the latest crimes. in other words, no area is safe.
