I've lived here for over a year and the management is beyond incompetent. The facilities are terrible, the noise is outrageous (you can hear every stomp and every horn honk) and on top of all that they are increasing rent as a matter of course every year. The laundry is just one washer and one dryer (coin operated, but no change machine) and the gym is plain awful with no cleaning supplies (you have to bring your own to clean the equipment!).

Bethesda is a nice place to live. Just live there some place else.
