Pros: Great location with off street parking. The staff does a nice job of maintaining the property.

Cons: The property was recently renovated, and I must say that the construction is absolutely some of the worst that I have ever seen. I believe the contractor was a company from Baltimore called The Michael Group, so beware of them. The materials are essentially junk and they were assembled with such a lack of skill or care that they are already falling apart. The doors were not installed properly, the trim was not cut or installed properly, the cheap flooring was not installed properly, the bathroom sink is not attached to its base at all and there are too many other plumbing concerns to list in this small space. It is a shame that our rent increased in order to finance a renovation that essentially stripped this property of its richness and character.
