I just moved into Highland House a couple of months ago and don?t know what the other comment was talking about. There is no funny smell in the lobby. In fact I have been very proud to show off my new home to family and friends. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. In fact this past weekend they had barbeque in the gazebo area for all of the residents. There was great food and a Jazz band played for several hours. As far a maintenance goes, I have had only one minor issue and response was quick. If you are moving to this area, you should definately check out Highland House first.
