Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My wife and I lived there for 2 1/2 years and it was ----- an span for the first 4 months, then new management came in and it became worse and worse.
1. Our garage gate was down on a monthly basis
2. The water was 90% cold and 10% warm on a daily basis, some days there was no hot water.
3. The windows were big and nice but air came through it like there was nothing between window and apartment. We slept with sweaters and socks some times...
4. My deposit was incorrect and I was not pro rated for my move out ;-(
Finally, I have to say that the staff that worked for the building, the "ground" crew were magnificent, they did the best they could. They were the only reason we stayed there before finally giving up. One day in the garage there was a big hole from the ceiling and water pouring down.
