We live in Highland House West - and I have never had a better rental experience. It?s the same management as Highland House -- and the staff are absolutely incredible. So friendly, helpful and flexible. They know everyone and respect their residents. Very quiet, maintenance requests are cared for same day, without fail -- they even reimbursed me (with no hassle) for a suit that was ruined b/c I leaned on a wall with wet paint on it. The apts are very big and completely renovated with materials that showed they are not afraid to spend money on the building. Renewal rent raises are extremely reasonable. The location is fantastic - short walking distance to everything in Friendship Heights.





I cannot say enough about the staff or the quality of the apartments. I would live here again in a second.
